Group Programs at Thrive Divergence
Welcome to our neurodiversity-affirming group programs! As an autistic and ADHD occupational therapist, I've designed these spaces to foster connection, growth, and authentic living. Our groups combine evidence-based strategies with lived experience to create meaningful support for neurodivergent adults and families.
Groups meet virtually to ensure accessibility and comfort. Each session combines evidence-based strategies with real-life application, creating a balanced approach to growth and support.
Group sizes are intentionally kept small (6-8 participants) to create a comfortable space for connection and sharing.

Ever had that moment where things suddenly clicked? If you're late-diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or exploring your neurodivergent traits, you're likely familiar with the feeling of "So... this explains everything!"
This virtual group is a supportive and informative space for adults who identify as Autistic, ADHD, or otherwise neurodivergent and are eager to:
Deepen your understanding of your unique brain wiring. We'll explore the nuances of neurodivergence, moving beyond surface-level descriptions.
Connect with others who "get it." Find a community of like-minded individuals who share similar experiences and perspectives.
Develop practical strategies to work with your brain, not against it. Learn actionable tips and tools for navigating daily life, relationships, work, and more.
Share experiences, challenges, and triumphs in a safe and validating environment. This is a judgment-free zone where your experiences are honored.
Explore self-advocacy and build confidence in your neurodivergent identity. Learn how to communicate your needs effectively and embrace who you are.
Uncover resources and information tailored to late-diagnosed and self-identified neurodivergent adults. We'll share valuable insights and pathways for further exploration.
Whether you're newly realizing you're neurodivergent or have been on this journey for a while, this group offers a chance to learn, connect, and thrive. Join us as we unpack the "everything" and build a more fulfilling life, one neurodivergent brain at a time.
